The official languages of the school-conference are English and Russian. Slides for oral presentations and posters should be prepared in English.

Guidelines for oral presentation

  • PowerPoint widescreen (16:9) file format.
  • The plenary lecture presentation is scheduled to last 50 minutes (including time for discussion).
  • The invited oral/keynote lecture presentation is scheduled to last 30 minutes (including time for discussion).
  • The oral presentation of young scientists is scheduled to last 15 minutes (including time for discussion).
  • The  duration of the short oral talk is 3-5 minutes and does not include time for discussion during Flash Report Session. The work will be discussed during the Poster Session.

 

Guidelines for poster presentation

  • poster size 594×841 mm (A1 format);
  • portrait orientation
