Potential oral and poster contributors are invited to submit an one-page abstract via the website by May 15, 2024.
The deadline has been extended to June 15, 2024.
A template for abstract preparation is available on this page.
To submit thesis via the site, you need to enter your personal cabinet (if you did not register, go through the registration procedure first). Select the "Edit" tab (from above) on the personal data page. In the data list appeared, find the "Type of participation" field and select "with the report" in the drop-down list. The "Report" field appears, which allows you to add thesis and additional information about the report (report type, etc.).
For absentia participation, indicate the type of participation as "with the report". Participation "without a report" implies that you plan to participate as a audience member.
For participants from Russian organizations, an expert report confirming that the abstract does not contain information preventing its open publication (i.e., with limited access or falling within the scope of lists of controlled goods, technologies subject to export control) is required. The expert report must contain a title of the report and a list of all co-authors, be signed by the director/rector or authorized deputy and approved by the seal of the organization.
If you have not provided the expert report during the abstract submission via the conference website, to include the abstract in the proceedings you must send the report to the organizing committee on catconf.tomsk@gmail.com before August 31, 2024.
